Professional Development

  • Our program is built to provide members with the tools and frameworks necessary to fuel their growth as creative professionals, empowering them to reshape their field or industry. Throughout the year, our team and facilitators are dedicated to helping members develop the skills and confidence required to strengthen and sustain their practice or business.

  • Agencies offer MMFB the chance to pitch on live briefs giving members the opportunity to put their ideas into practice.

Mentors

  • Experienced artists and thought leaders are available to support MMFB members year-round. Members receive valuable feedback from mentors on their ideas, helping them map out a path for growth. These mentors also hold members accountable, ensuring they stay on track to meet goals and tackle bold projects. Every member is paired with a mentor who provides personalised, one-on-one guidance throughout the program.

  • MMFB combines professionals from multiple industries so there will always be someone who is able to offer a different perspective on your idea.

Community and Events

  • Members are encouraged to share their work, experiment, collaborate, and learn alongside peers from across industries.

  • Regular dinners and events allow for collaboration outside of the office.

Apply for Summer Intake.

Participation in our program is for creatives and business leaders in the fields of well-being, design and technology. Applicants should be aligned with MMFB’s values of collectivism, experimentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, stewardship, and social justice.

After applications are initially reviewed, a select number of applicants move on to an interview round. If you are invited to a virtual interview where you’ll present your vision and the MMFB team will ask follow-up questions.
